Established in 2011, Visoka kola Arca is a private higher-education institution located in the small city of Split (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Split-Dalmatia. Officially recognized by the Agencija za znanost i visoko obrazovanje (Agency for Science and Higher Education), Visoka kola Arca is a very small coeducational Croatian higher education institution. Visoka kola Arca offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees in several areas of study.
